Career and Other Opportunities in Sports like Karate

Earning belts and winning medals since teenage.
I am Chauhan Shivanshu, a black belt holder in Karate. Currently, I am pursuing an MA from MS University and working in a Pharmaceutical company. My interest in karate started right in the childhood. Along with my academics, I had started learning karate while I was a teenager in 2003. My interest grew with time and I won my first gold medal in 2004. It is very important to learn karate under an experienced and good mentor. I have been in the mentorship of my coach Sensei Aman Makwana. I received a white belt first which is the first achievement in karate career, then I received a yellow belt, then a green belt and so on and eventually, I received the black belt in 2013. I have won eight gold medals in all including three gold medals in international tournaments and five gold medals in national tournaments.
Recently, I won a gold medal at the state level in Gujarat and I am leading Gujarat for the national tournament. My ultimate goal is to represent India in Common Wealth Games as well as Olympics and win gold for India. To achieve my goal, I practice daily for 3-4 hours. I have avoided junk food for the last 3-4 years and eat only homemade food and follow a high protein diet.
