As a career counselor for young professionals, I bring a unique blend of skills and experience that are crucial for guiding individuals towards fulfilling and successful careers. My background as an assistant professor at the University of Delhi has equipped me with a deep understanding of human development and a range of practical skills in MS Office, research and data analysis, administration, public speaking, leadership, and team management. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to fostering the growth and development of students, helping them explore diverse career paths and empowering them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. I have designed and delivered lectures, workshops, and seminars that not only educate but also inspire students to pursue their passions and strengths. From introducing first-year students to the field of Human Development to guiding second-year students through the complexities of developmental changes, I have nurtured an environment where learning is both theoretical and practical. In addition to teaching courses such as Development in Adolescence and Adulthood and Sociology, I have integrated hands-on experiences like practicals and field trips to deepen students' understanding of real-world applications. I have also mentored students in research methodologies, leveraging technology to enhance their learning and prepare them for future challenges. I am committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends to better support the career development of young professionals. My goal is to empower each individual I work with to discover their strengths, explore career possibilities, and achieve their full potential in today's competitive job market.
