About the counsellor

I Hi, I am Saba Tasneem Ali, a Counselling Psychologist and Career Coach, registered with the Counsellor Council of India, with over 19 years of experience in the field of education and mental health. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Education, and Founder of ARS Wellness Center. I have extensive experience in conducting career counselling, guidance programs, psychometric assessments, and life skills workshops for students across PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya and several reputed ICSE and CBSE schools, working closely with students, parents, and educators to support informed academic and career decision-making. As a career coach and structural coach, I empower individuals to navigate life transitions, clarify goals, and move forward through strategic planning and purposeful action. My practice further specializes in life skills coaching, including positive parenting, relationship counselling, and couple therapy, with a strong focus on emotional well-being, healthy communication, and resilience. I strive to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, where individuals and families can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, sustainable growth.
