About the counsellor

I am Saba Tasneem Ali a Counseling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in various fields of counseling and administration. In addition to my counseling background, I am also a certified Career Coach and Structural Coach. My work as a career coach has allowed me to guide individuals in finding fulfilling career paths and navigating life transitions. As a structural coach, I focus on empowering individuals to identify and achieve their goals through strategic planning and action. In my practice, I specialize in life skills coaching, which includes positive parenting, relationship counseling, and couple therapy. I believe in encouraging healthy communication, emotional well-being, and resilient relationships. My goal is to provide you with a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can explore your concerns and work towards meaningful solutions together.
