With a foundation in business strategy and a heart in mental health, I bring over 15 years of cross-functional experience—blending corporate leadership with psychological insight. My career began in the high-pressure corridors of operations and strategic account management, where I led large teams, managed high-stakes clients, and drove business outcomes. But what stayed with me were the unseen stories—burnout, disconnection, and emotional fatigue behind professional success. As a counselling psychologist, I offer therapy in private practice. In the corporate space, I serve as a Wellness Coach in Trust and Safety at Accenture, promoting mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, and psychologically safe workplaces. I believe true support goes beyond problem-solving—it's about helping people reconnect with themselves and lead more meaningful, balanced lives.
