About the counsellor

I am a Rehabilitation Psychologist (PGDRP) with hands-on experience in special education, clinical psychology, speech therapy, occupational and physiotherapy through my internship at CRC Lucknow. I specialize in psychological counseling, case history taking, and working with children and individuals with disabilities. My approach is empathetic, client-centered, and goal-oriented. I aim to support individuals in overcoming emotional, behavioral, and adjustment challenges through evidence-based interventions. Passionate about mental health awareness and committed to creating a positive therapeutic environment for every client.
